What about the Trolls of Japan they lv100+. Also the Sculpture Soildier in the DS/JS area. 90s. I would bother with the Stone Mages even tho they lv100+ right b4 the JS tomb. They do killer amount of Debuffs xD
Caterans are lv89-93ish. Good place for Mid-upper 70s rbs to train too xD. Alot of different places to goto.
